Noppingen | Overview

Welcome to Noppingen, a constantly growing LEGO town!

This is my current LEGO project, which in the meantime is a collaborative project with some fellow model builders. Our long-term target is to create a whole town out of LEGO bricks, that meets our demands on "realism" as well as giving the visitor the feeling to literally be in a small living world. Not an easy task to take on...

Of course, Noppingen will never exist in whole. Because obviously we cannot really build a whole town, since we neither have enough money, room nor lifetime to do so. So, we will dismantle parts of the town from time to time to build more new models, which, in the end, will still show just aspects of our town. But the totality of all those puzzle parts will hopefully assemble to the illusion we try to achieve on this website.
